Payment & Security Policy

Prices on Avrenz are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Available payment methods are presented by Shopify Checkout and may vary by country, device, or account eligibility.

Payment authorization

Submitting an order authorizes the payment provider to verify and process the transaction. An order is not accepted until payment authorization succeeds and an order confirmation is issued.

Security

Checkout transactions are processed through secure payment infrastructure. Avrenz does not ask customers to send complete card details by email. If a payment attempt appears unusual, additional verification or cancellation may be required to protect the customer and the store.

Billing issues

For duplicate charges, declined payments, or billing questions, contact service@avrenz.com with the order number and a description of the issue. Do not email full card numbers or security codes.
